Hyperion Jobs Scheduler

This tool will come in handy for Oracle's Hyperion 9.3.1.X application's common tasks. There are tasks that are extremely tedious and at best they need an experienced Hyperion analyst to build them. The tool is a web based scheduling software that has a windows client that will execute all jobs. In a snapshot the tool will allow Hyperion admins without heavy IT skills the ability to schedule the following:

1. Essbase application backups
2. Essbase Calc Scripts execution
3. Essbase application refresh/restore between two applications
4. HFM Data Extracts
5. HFM refresh/restore between two applications
6. FDM refresh/restore between two applications
7. Essbase database defragmentation
7. Essbase database Fix Cache Setting
8. Other activities are going to be added over time

The scheduler will allow a user to execute jobs on demand or let them run at predetimed time. The tool will allow a user to view logs as well a view the next 5 of each jobs that are about to run.

Schemafx Software

Use this application to automate drawing and viewing IDMS schema diagrams. This application will take the IDMS schema report from the mainframe and extract all SETS , Records, Areas, Fields and record relationships and draw Schema diagrams using Visio.

Forexchange Software

Forexchange is simply a Currency Exchange Software created to assist Foreign Exchange Bureaus manage and monitor their daily business activities.

It also keeps tracks of the business's Accounting functions includes banking, income and expense activities.

With this software package, a user can manage customer details, their currency purchases and sales and accounting reports for particular activity.
It comes with two levels of security. Supervisor and a Teller functions. Tellers are only allowed to perform Sells and purchases and be able to query all sort of reports.

Supervisors can not do sales and purchases but can reverse sells and purchases done by tellers. Supervisor can also records income, pay expenses and buy assests. Supervisor will be able to setup daily Rates, manage Teller balances, add currencies and withdraw currencies.
